What families say
4.9 out of 5 from 210 Google reviews.
★★★★★“Our son was the shy kid at school. A year in, he volunteers to answer questions in class. Sensei Ana noticed things about him we had missed.”
★★★★★“I started jiu-jitsu at 47 and was nervous about getting hurt. The beginners class is genuinely for beginners.”
★★★★★“Clean mats, classes start on time, and the instructors know every kid by name. We have tried three other schools in town.”
Before your first class
Is my child too young or too shy?
We start at age 4. Shy kids are some of our best students; the first classes are mostly games, and parents can stay and watch.
Do I need to be fit to start?
No. Every class has beginners in it, and instructors scale the drills. Fitness comes with training.
Will my child learn to fight?
They will learn to defend themselves and to avoid a fight. We teach control first; sparring starts at green belt with full gear.
What does a belt test cost?
Nothing. Belt tests are included in the kids membership. Black belt tests have a one-time fee for the belt and certificate.
Your first week is on us.
